Rates 2024

Notes:
Rates are in euros, on a Bed & Breakfast or All Inclusive basis respectively, inclusive of taxes and services.
Rates include VAT and City Tax. For stays from January 1st, 2018 onwards, a government Occupancy Tax has been introduced. The Applicable Tax Charge is 4€ occupancy tax per night / room and it is to be paid by the guest upon arrival. The taxes specified are subject to change by the Greek government regulation without further notice.

Check in – Out policy:
Check in: 15:00 / Check out: 11:00

Cancellation policy:
No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations received 7 days prior to the arrival date.
2 nights deposit will be charged for cancellations received within 6 – 0 days prior to the clients’ arrival date.
Early departure or non-show will be charged 100% of the total of the non-used or remaining overnights of the reservation.

*Name changes, date changes or duration changes within the cancellation period, are considered cancellations and are subject to the above mentioned TCs.

Deposit policy:
The amount of two nights of the daily agreed price of the reservation is required 24 hours after booking.
Balance settlement upon arrival at the resort.
