Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the resort for more information.
Check-in requirements:
To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.
Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

For Domes Noruz Mykonos, the following payment terms apply:
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the resort.
Please note: In accordance with Greek law (Law 3842/2010, Article 20, Paragraph 3), cash payments exceeding €500 are prohibited. All payments above this limit must be made via credit or debit card or bank transfer.

For Domes Noruz Mykonos, the following tax details apply:
- Tax Policy: Rates are in euros on a Bed & Breakfast basis, inclusive of VAT, City Tax, and service charges.
- Climate Resilience Tax: Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax (15€ per unit/per overnight from April to October and 4€ per unit / per overnight from November to March).
Please note: If government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.

For Domes Noruz Mykonos, the cancellation policy varies depending on the stay dates:
Cancellation Policy: (May 2 – May 31, 2025 & September 30 – October 14, 2025)
- No cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date.
- Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
Cancellation Policy: (June 1 – June 30, 2025 & September 9 – September 29, 2025)
- No cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the arrival date.
- 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date.
- Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
Cancellation Policy: (July 1 – September 8, 2025)
- No cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date.
- Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
Changes to names, dates, or duration within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms.

Yes, the nearest airport is Mykonos International Airport (JMK), located 6.5 km from the resort.

Yes, airport transfers are available for an additional charge. Transfer prices to and from Mykonos International Airport start at €60.
