Pets should have all the up-to-date recommended vaccinations and the guest should agree to obtain and provide all current records from a licensed veterinarian. Helestia Pocket Hotel  may request this information at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incurring charges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A non-refundable cleaning fee of 100,00\u20ac is applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet and will be charged accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terms &amp; Conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dogs and cats are welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One pet is allowed per room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets should always be attended. Pet sitting services are available upon request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets should be kept on a leash or in a crate or a stroller when walking around the resort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets should be avoided in enclosed public areas, including restaurants, bars, the fitness center, and the spa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets should not swim in private or common pools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pets are expected to be well-trained and well-mannered. If these expectations are not met, alternative accommodations may be requested, and 100% cancellation fees will apply for all remaining nights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excessive noise, including barking, should be minimized to avoid disturbing other guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests should contact the reception to arrange a convenient time for servicing.
