Gallina, located in Koukaki, in the heart of Athens, brings together gastronomy, wine and design in a contemporary hedonistic narrative. The menu is signed by award-winning chef Pavlos Kyriakis who, through French and Nordic advanced cooking techniques, reveals creative, cosmopolitan flavours with personality and emotional power, inspired by the best products of Greece and the Mediterranean.

Pavlos Kyriakis, who has been awarded a Michelin star in 2023 and voted by FNL Guide as Greece’s most important chef for 2024, is the inspiration behind some of the signature dishes such as the “Wagyu Beef & Red Prawn Tartare”, “Lobster Pasta” and “John Dory with Assyrtiko Sauce”.

This collaboration marks a new era for Domes Zeen Chania, as it enhances the resort’s profile as a destination for fine dining, offering guests an unexpected and unique experience.

Words have many different meanings. So does the Domes experience.
