“Stars at Flames: A Nomadic Feast”  

The talented chefs of Nomade et Sauvage, celebrated for their unique approach of cooking exclusively in natural settings, will lead the evening. Utilizing fire and ingredients sourced from the rich Greek terrain, these chefs will craft an unforgettable dining experience. Under the starlit sky, guests will savor the essence of Cretan tradition through a menu that includes tantalizing dishes such as lamb-stuffed tango with sheep yoghurt, smoked beef sausages in handmade Tacros dough, and an exceptional milk pie baked over an open flame, adorned with burnt strawberries and grape molasses.
