Born from a creative collaboration between Domes and renowned hospitality curator Lefteris Markakis, Zamāna reimagines the beach experience through a lens of barefoot luxury. Each week, sunrise rituals and sunset soireesunfold against the backdrop of the Aegean, featuring global DJ talents such as ARODES, CAIIRO, and SAMM (BE). The musical journey flows through Afro House, Ethnic Deep, and soulful electronica—turning every evening into an unrepeatable moment.

Taste, Time, and Terroir

Led by Chef Alkis Theocharidis, the kitchen explores bold simplicity, drawing on fire-cooked techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Raw seafood, foraged herbs, and traditional Cretan methods are reinterpreted with minimalist elegance.

Filippos Tasoulas, acclaimed mixologist and Bacardi Legacy finalist, curates a cocktail menu infused with local botanicals, wild citrus, and a thoughtful wine list featuring labels from Greece and beyond.
