Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the resort for more information.
Check-in requirements:
To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.
Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

For Domes Aulūs Elounda All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, the following payment policies apply:
- Flexible Rate: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required 24 hours after booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the resort.
- Prepaid Rate: Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation.
Please note: In accordance with Greek law (Law 3842/2010, Article 20, Paragraph 3), cash payments exceeding €500 are prohibited. All payments above this limit must be made via credit or debit card or bank transfer.

For Domes Aulūs Elounda All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, the following tax details apply:
- Tax Policy: Rates are in euros and based on an All-Inclusive plan, inclusive of VAT, City Tax, and service charges.
- Climate Resilience Tax: Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax (15€ per unit/per overnight from April to October and 4€ per unit / per overnight from November to March).
Please note: If government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.

For Domes Aulūs Elounda All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 6 days of the arrival date.
- Early departures or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount for unused nights.
- Changes to names, dates, or duration within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms.

Yes, the nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport (HER), “Nikos Kazantzakis,” located 69 km from the resort.

Yes, airport transfers are available for an additional charge. Transfer prices to and from Nikos Kazantzakis Airport start at €105.

No, the resort is adults-only. The minimum age for guests at our adults-only resort is 16 years old.

Our guests enjoy exclusive access to six distinct dining venues, each presenting a unique concept that blends local flavors with global gastronomy. Gourmet meals prepared by celebrated chefs and a vast selection of branded spirits and crafted cocktails are standard. Furthermore, our premium all-inclusive service goes beyond the restaurants and bars, offering a delightful selection of snacks and beverages served poolside or right on the beach. Every aspect of our dining service is designed to offer sophistication and variety.

Yes, Domes Aulūs Elounda All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton offers vegetarian and gluten-free menu options. Diet menus are also available upon request for an additional charge.
Are the pools heated?
Are the pools heated?
Main Pool & Greco Levante Pools: Heated from May 1 to June 3, and from September 29 to October 19, 2024. The maximum pool heating temperature is set at 26°C in accordance with current regulations.
The hotel reserves the right to adjust the complimentary pool heating periods based on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure guest comfort and efficient use of eco-friendly resources.
The indoor pool is heated throughout the resort’s operating season.
