Situated in a privileged region, with Spain and France on the one hand and the Mediterranean on the other there is a huge range of microclimates producing a great variety of grapes for us to choose from, and we are always there to help with wine pairing depending on your mood, your companions and what you are eating. And of course, we love sharing our new finds with guests through wine tasting onsite or with excursions to vineyards in the countryside to taste the rich cuisine of the Algarve as well as its sweet wines and spirits like the aromatic Dom Rodrigo.

  • "I can't recommend this hotel enough, we will be back!"

    The food was delicious - breakfast was the key highlight! Fresh pastries, bread and charcuterie followed by eggs of your choice and a selection of mouth watering sides. You could easily spend hours eating every day (my partner certainly did!). The dinner menu changed every day and the two meals we had there were delicious. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a vast array of excellent restaurants.

    We mostly interacted with the team in the restaurant & could not be more impressed. Very early on they remembered our preferences from the table we liked to how we preferred our coffee and on and on. The food was very good. Service was prompt, efficient, professional & friendly. The sommelier was excellent. Thank you for everything!
