Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the resort for more information.
Check-in requirements:
To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.
Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

For Domes Lake Algarve, Autograph Collection, the following payment terms apply:
- Flexible Rate: A deposit equal to the cost of two nights’ stay is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the resort.
- Prepaid Rate: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Rates are in euros and vary based on the meal plan chosen (Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, or Half Board). Rates include VAT.
Tourism Tax:
- November to March: 1€ per guest, per night, for up to 5 consecutive nights (applicable to guests aged 16 and older).
- April to October: 2€ per guest per night, for up to 5 consecutive nights (applicable to guests aged 16 and older).
The tax is not included in the room rate and will be paid by the guest upon arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who decline to pay the tax. If tax rates change, the updated rates at the time of the stay will apply.

For Domes Lake Algarve, Autograph Collection, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- Flexible Rate:
- No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 6 days of the arrival date.
- Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
- Changes to names, dates, or duration within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms.
- Flexible Rate:
- No changes or cancellations are allowed. The rate is non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply after the reservation is made.

Yes, the nearest airport is Faro Airport (FAO), located 25 km from the resort.

Yes, airport transfers are available for an additional charge. Transfer prices to and from Faro Airport start at €55.

Yes, the resort is family-friendly and offers a Kids Club:
- Kiepos Mini Club: For children aged 4 months to 4 years (additional fee applies).
- Kiepos Club: For children aged 4 to 12 years (free of charge).

Outdoor Pool: Heated from mid-September to mid-May, up to 25°C, depending on weather conditions.
Indoor Heated Pool: Located within the spa’s relaxation area and available throughout the resort’s operating season. The spa facilities are only accessible to guests aged 16 and older.
To use the spa’s relaxation area, pre-booking is recommended.
