Rates

Notes for Hotel Guests:
Rates are in euros, on bed and breakfast or half board basis inclusive of taxes and services.

Rates include VAT and City Tax.

Check in – Out policy:
Check in: 15:00 / Check out: 11:00

Cancellation policy:
No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations received 7 days prior to the arrival date.
100% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received less than 6-0 days prior to the clients’ arrival date.
Early departure or non-show will be charged 100% of the total of the non-used or remaining overnights of the reservation.

*Name changes, date changes or duration changes within the cancellation period, are considered cancellations and are subject to the above mentioned TCs.

Deposit policy:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of the booking.
Remaining balance should be arranged upon arrival at the hotel.

Other Notes:
Max. child age up to 12 years old (11.99)

Baby cot: Only in family retreats and Absolute Suite, a bay cot can be added for free on the top of the maximum occupancy.

Notes for Residences Guests:
Rates are in euros, on room only basis inclusive of taxes and services.

Rates include the current VAT tax levels. In case of future changes of the tax levels or the application of new taxes, then rates will increase accordingly.

Breakfast Supplement: 15€ per adult / per overnight; 7.5€ per child / per overnight (EBDs and SPOs only apply to accommodation )
Half Board Supplement: 40€ per adult / per overnight; 20€ per child / per overnight (EBDs and SPOs only apply to accommodation)
HAUTE LIVING Supplement: 60€ per adult / per overnight; 30€ per child / per overnight (EBDs and SPOs only apply to accommodation)
