Check-in requirements:

To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.

Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

For Neema Maison Santorini, the following payment terms apply:

• An advance payment of 30% of the total reservation is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your accommodation will be paid in full upon your arrival at the hotel.

Please note: In accordance with Greek law (Law 3842/2010, Article 20, Paragraph 3), cash payments exceeding €500 are prohibited. All payments above this limit must be made via credit or debit card or bank transfer.

For Neema Maison Santorini, the following tax details apply:

• Tax Policy: Rates are in euros on a Room Only basis, inclusive of VAT, City Tax, and service charges.
• Climate Resilience Tax: Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax (2€ per unit/per overnight from April to October and 0.50€ per unit / per overnight from November to March).

Please note: If government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.

For Neema Maison Santorini, the cancellation policy is as follows:

• No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made at least 7 or 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 13 or 6 days of the arrival date.
• Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
• Changes to names, dates, or duration within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms.
