Petros Dimas, Chef Patron of Makris and holder of a MICHELIN star, welcomes Kostas Papathanasiou, who returns to Athens after serving as Executive Chef at Frantzén in Stockholm, one of the few restaurants worldwide honoured with three MICHELIN stars.

The two chefs first crossed paths at Pollen Street Social, working side by side to craft dishes where technique met creativity. Now, back in the city that shaped their beginnings, they reunite to design a tasting menu that blends nostalgia with bold innovation—each plate a conversation between past and future.
