We collect your email address solely to enrol you in the Master Key Community and send you personalised marketing communications — including exclusive offers, promotions, and news — about the properties and services of the Domes Resorts Group. The legal basis for this processing is your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Please note that Domes of Attica S.A. acts as the hotel operator on behalf of the owner of the hotel. Your data will remain with the hotel operator and will not be transmitted to the owner.
How long do we keep your data? Your email address will be retained for as long as your Master Key membership is active. Upon withdrawal of consent or unsubscription, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to any applicable legal retention obligation.
International transfers. All hotel companies listed above are established in EU Member States (Greece, Portugal, Spain). Your data is processed within the EU/EEA and is not transferred to third countries.
Right to withdraw consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting our DPO at [email protected]. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
