DOMES AULŪS ELOUNDA
A family arrived having lost a backpack with their holiday essentials. Before they could worry, a care package was waiting with sunscreen, hats and a water toy.
DOMES OF CORFU
Noticing a mother worried about her daughter’s fever, one of our housekeeping team stayed: a cool compress, chamomile tea, a few toys and gentle company until the little one smiled again.
DOMES OF ELOUNDA
A guest mentioned she’d love a special breakfast with her daughter. The team set up a private picnic on the beach with their favourite breakfast and a personalised card.
DOMES AULŪS ZANTE
When a young guest lost his necklace on the beach, our team searched the sand together until they found it. It mattered to him, so it mattered to us.

When a little guest left her beloved teddy bear behind, the team found it, then sent the family photos and a fun video of its ‘adventures’ around the resort, with a personal note, as it made its way home.
