Ancient Corinth to Marylebone

Drawing inspiration from his roots in Ancient Corinth and sourcing ingredients directly from his family’s own farm, Chef Dimas composed a six-course tasting menu that transcended borders. Each dish was a tribute to the Greek land, distilled through modern technique and a deeply personal lens.
