What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Check-in requirements:

To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.

Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

What is the payment policy?

For Domes Baobab Suites, the following payment terms apply:

Flexible Rate: A deposit equal to the cost of 30% total cost of stay is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the resort.
Prepaid Rate: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

What is the tax policy?

Rates are in euros and vary based on the meal plan chosen (Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, or Half Board). Rates include VAT. There is no tourist tax payable at accommodation in Tenerife.

What is the cancellation policy?

For Domes Baobab Suites the cancellation policy is as follows:

Flexible Rate:
- No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 6 days of the arrival date.
- Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
- Changes to names, dates, or duration within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms.

Prepaid/Non-Refundable Reservation:
- No changes or cancellations are allowed. The rate is non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply after the reservation is made.

Is the resort close to an airport?

Yes, the nearest airport is Tenerife South Airport (TFS), “Reina Sofía”, located 20 km from the resort.

Can I request airport transfers and car rental services?

Yes, airport transfers are available for an additional charge. Transfer prices to and from Tenerife South Airport start at €99, while to and from Tenerife North Airport start at €209.

Are the pools heated?

Complimentary Pool Heating (Main Outdoor Pool & Individual Pools) from late-March to mid-May and the whole month of October. Max 23°C pool heating temperature is enforced as per the current regulations.
