Our opening took place on the 10th of July.

All 197 rooms are fully furnished and equipped with all essentials such as a safe, hairdryer, hangers and coffee/tea amenities.

Housekeeping goes in every room daily, should our guests allow it, and by the 1st of August all rooms will have their turn-down service.

Every one of our rooms comes with a fully stocked mini-bar. The mini bars include a series of refreshing beverages. Mini bar charges apply according to the pricing found in every room; however, all guests of the Cool living selection, are entitled to one complimentary refill per stay.

There is one Kids Plunge Pool and one main Family Pool that are open.

With regards to the fountains,  this year the fountains will not be implemented.

Yes, the Kids’ Club and the Creche are operational with various age-appropriate activities. Our hotel provides an array of fun and play-time options to keep our young guests entertained, active and creative.

Yes, there is a separate Kid’s Menu. Our F&B has carefully curated the kids’ menus to perfectly match our young visitors’ appetites.

Our restaurants offer a large variety of international and Mediterranean options for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are freshly prepared with handpicked local produce by our executive chefs.

Depending on the room type that you have booked, you might be eligible for the Standard All Inclusive or the Cool Inclusive Dine Around. The nested rooms get the Standard All Inclusive and the Cool Living Selection rooms get the Cool Inclusive Dine Around.

With regards to the labeling, yes, the F&B team is fully aware of the risks and vital importance of proper labeling. They will always be at your disposal for even the most complex dietary modifications.

Yes, there is a special agenda with adults-only happenings. It is being changed weekly and our Concierge team will be more than happy to share it with you upon arrival.

With regards to the sports, our hotel provides a table tennis area and a gym. We also have a collaboration with some neighboring tennis courts, where our guests can enjoy their game. Their transfer is offered by the hotel.

Yes, reservations for all activities and restaurants are strongly advised in order to achieve optimal preparations and provide the most immaculate service.

Yes, the wellness treatment rooms are operational.

No, the construction works have been finished. Some landscaping is to be expected though. Our landscape approaches an organic and sustainable design, which is something already tested in our other resorts with great success and aesthetic results.

At our photo gallery here you may see that renders have been replaced with real photos showing the current status of the Resort.  New photos will be uploaded on daily basis so that we will keep all our guests fully informed about the situation.

We acknowledge that we have underestimated the unprecedented times that challenge our industry, including logistic and suppliers’ delays, which resulted to inconvenience and frustration caused to our first guests during our hotel opening. The corresponding reviews were an aftermath of this initial discomfort.

We commit that all necessary steps have being taken to enhance our valued guests’ experience, in a prompt manner.

Our outlets are all operational and our service is being finetuned to offer the five-star stay experience aligned to your high expectations and the Domes known standards.
