Every Tuesday (10:30–12:30), join the Oleo-Culture Experience at Governor’s Olive Mill and explore the journey of olive oil from cultivation to production at one of the island’s most renowned olive mills. Every Thursday (17:00–18:00), enjoy the Olive Oil Tasting Experience at Lazaris, where a guided tasting introduces you to the distinctive aromas, flavors, and traditions behind premium extra virgin olive oil.
