Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Check-in requirements:
To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.
Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

For Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection, the following payment policies apply:
- Flexible Rate: A deposit equal to two nights’ stay is required 24 hours after booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- Prepaid Rate: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note: According to Greek law (Law 3842/2010, Article 20, Paragraph 3), cash payments exceeding €500 are prohibited. All amounts above this must be settled by credit or debit card, or via bank transfer.

Rates are in euros and vary based on the meal plan chosen (Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, or Half Board). Rates include VAT and City Tax. Taxes are subject to change in accordance with Greek government regulations, without prior notice.
- Climate Resilience Tax: Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax (15€ per unit/per overnight from April to October and 4€ per unit / per overnight from November to March).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who decline to pay the tax. If government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.

Flexible Reservation:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date incur no charge.
- Cancellations made within 6 days of arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total reservation amount.
- Early departures or no-shows will also be charged 100% of the unused portion of the reservation.
- Changes to the reservation (name, date, or duration) within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and will be subject to the above terms and conditions.
Prepaid/Non-Refundable Reservation:
- No changes or cancellations are allowed. The rate is non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply after the reservation is made.

Yes, the closest airport is Chania International Airport (CHQ) “Ioannis Daskalogiannis,” located 23 km from the resort.
Can I request airport transfers and car rental services?

Yes, airport transfers are available for an additional fee, with prices starting at €50 for transfers to or from Chania International Airport.

No, our resort is adults-only. The minimum age accepted at the resort is 16 years old.

Yes, Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection offers vegetarian and gluten-free menu options. Diet menus can also be requested, though additional charges may apply.
Are the resort's pools heated?
Are the resort's pools heated?
The resort has two outdoor pools that are heated during April, May, and October.
Pool heating dates:
- April 1 – May 15 and October 1 – October 31: Common, plunge, and private pools are heated up to 25°C.
The saltwater indoor pool is heated during the resort’s operating season.
