“Antonino” was the name my grandparents called me when I was messing in the kitchen of our summer home in Corfu, a feeling I’ve carried ever since. Flour on my hands, sauce on my cheeks, and a head full of dreams, I spent my childhood experimenting with pizza and pasta, turning cooking into play and joy.
