Is the resort part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection?

Yes, the resort is affiliated with Marriott Hotels & Resorts and is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: 15:00
  • Check-out: 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the resort for more information.

Check-in requirements:

To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.

Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

What is the payment policy?

For Domes Novos Santorini, Autograph Collection, the following payment terms apply:

  • A deposit equal to the cost of two nights’ stay is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the resort.

Please note: In accordance with Greek law (Law 3842/2010, Article 20, Paragraph 3), cash payments exceeding €500 are prohibited. All payments above this limit must be made via credit or debit card or bank transfer.

What is the tax policy?

For Domes Novos Santorini, Autograph Collection, the following tax details apply:

  • Tax Policy: Rates are in euros on a Bed & Breakfast basis, inclusive of VAT, City Tax, and service charges.
  • Climate Resilience Tax: Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax (15€ per unit/per overnight from April to October and 4€ per unit / per overnight from November to March).

Please note: If government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.

What is the cancellation policy?

For Domes Novos Santorini, Autograph Collection, the cancellation policy is as follows:

  • No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 6 days of the arrival date.
  • Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
  • Changes to names, dates, or duration within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms.

Is the resort close to an airport?

Yes, the nearest airport is Santorini International Airport (JTR), located 15 km from the resort.

Can I request airport transfers and car rental services?

Yes, airport transfers are available for an additional charge. Transfer prices to and from Santorini International Airport start at €90.

Are the pools heated?

*Complimentary Pool Heating (Main Outdoor Pool & Individual Pools) from 11/04-15/05 & 01/10-31/10/2025. Max 26°C pool heating temperature is enforced as per the current regulations.
Beyond the complimentary periods (16 May – 30 September), pool heating for select accommodation types is available subject to an additional nightly charge:

The main outdoor pool will only be heated during the complimentary dates mentioned above and cannot be heated outside of these periods.

The hotel reserves the right to adjust the complimentary pool heating offer periods due to weather conditions or other unforeseen variables.
Such adjustments will be made to ensure optimal guest comfort and the efficient use of eco-friendly resources.
