Check-in requirements:

To check in, please ensure you have a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be present. If the guest does not have the original credit card used for the booking, the hotel reserves the right to refund the original payment and request a different card for payment.

Please note that the hotel may also perform a pre-authorization on your card.

For Domes Noruz Kassandra, the following payment terms apply:

• Flexible Rate: A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the resort.
• Prepaid Rate: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Please note: In accordance with Greek law (Law 3842/2010, Article 20, Paragraph 3), cash payments exceeding €500 are prohibited. All payments above this limit must be made via credit or debit card or bank transfer.

For Domes Noruz Kassandra the following tax details apply:

• Tax Policy: Rates are in euros on a Bed & Breakfast basis, inclusive of VAT, City Tax, and service charges.
• Climate Resilience Tax: Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax (15€ per unit/per overnight from April to October and 4€ per unit / per overnight from November to March).

Please note: If government occupancy tax rates change, the prevailing tax rates at the time of the guest stay will be charged accordingly.

Flexible Reservation:

• No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made within 6 days of the arrival date.
• Early departures or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% for unused nights.
• Changes to names, dates, or duration within the cancellation period are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms.

Prepaid/Non-Refundable Reservation:

No changes or cancellations are allowed. The rate is non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply after the reservation is made.

Yes, airport transfers are available for an additional charge.

• Luxury Taxi: €140 (one way) for up to 4 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage.

Terms & Conditions for Transfers:

• Free cancellation is available up to 6 hours before the scheduled transfer.
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the transfer will incur a 100% fee.
