General Terms
The use of this website and the services provided by www.domesresorts.com/agalihotelpaxos is subject to the present General Terms and Conditions, which apply to all bookings. By booking a room or any other services provided through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Procedures
Bookings may be made through the online booking form on our website, by telephone through our reservations centre, or in person at the Hotel. By completing a booking through any of these channels, you authorise Agali Hotel Paxos to proceed with the reservation on your behalf.
Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email setting out the details of your reservation. You are required to review the confirmation carefully and to notify Agali Hotel Paxos of any errors or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. Agali Hotel Paxos cannot be held responsible for errors or discrepancies that are reported outside this period, and any such late notification will not entitle you to cancel or modify the reservation without the applicable cancellation charges set out in Clause 3.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Individual Guests
- Reservations must be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount, payable at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is to be settled upon check-in.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or bank transfer. Personal cheques are not accepted.
2.2 Travel Agencies
- The full amount of the reservation must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the guest’s arrival date.
2.3 Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 15:00
- Check-out: 11:00
- Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the daily room rate applies.
3. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival: No charge. The deposit (-2% credit card expenses) is fully refundable.
– Cancellation within 21 days or less prior to arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
– No-show: the total reservation amount will be charged.
– Early departure: 50% of the cost of the remaining nights will be charged.
4. Payment
Payment for reservations made through our website may be made by credit card. Bank transfer or electronic transfer may also be available as alternative payment methods, subject to prior confirmation by Agali Hotel Paxos.
Agali Hotel Paxos reserves the right to request reasonable verification of your identity and payment method prior to confirming your reservation. Such verification may include proof of identity or confirmation of the bank transfer. Any personal data collected for verification purposes will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Travel documents and booking confirmations will be issued following receipt and clearance of the required payment or deposit.
5. User’s responsibility
For use of the website you must be over the age of 18 and accept the responsibility for any use of this website by minors on your behalf. You are obliged to use the website according to the law and complying with our general terms and conditions. Any use of the website for misleading purposes or profit, or purposes that could cause any damage to the provision of services is prohibited. Any unlawful or unauthorised use of this website shall result in your exclusion from accessing the services provided.
6. Copyright
The contents of this website are the exclusive property of Domes Paxon Single Member S.A.. Any copying, distribution, reproduction, process, sale, deception of the public regarding the real provider of this website, is strictly prohibited.
7. Modification – Renewal of the General Terms and Conditions
Agali Hotel Paxos reserves the right to modify or update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this website and will take effect 30 days after publication, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or by circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control. Users who have made a confirmed reservation prior to the effective date of any modification will not be affected by such changes in respect of their existing reservation. Continued use of the website or services following the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
