Terms & Conditions
- Dogs and cats are welcome.
- One pet is allowed per room.
- Pets should always be attended. Pet sitting services are available upon request.
- Pets should be kept in a pet crate when walking around the resort.
- Pets should be avoided in enclosed public areas, including restaurants, bars, the fitness center, and the spa.
- The usage of private or common pools by your pet is not allowed.
- Pets are expected to be well-trained and well-mannered. If these expectations are not met, alternative accommodations may be requested, and 100% cancellation fees will apply for all remaining nights.
- Excessive noise, including barking, should be minimized to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Please contact the reception to arrange a convenient time for servicing. When a hotel associate is serving the room we kindly request that you either be present, place your pet in a crate, or take your pet for a walk.
Fees and Charges*
- A daily charge of 20,00€ is applicable
- A non-refundable deep cleaning fee of 100,00€ is applicable.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet and will be charged accordingly.
Vaccination Requirements
- Pets should have up-to-date recommended vaccinations.
- You agree to provide current records from a licensed veterinarian upon request.
The management reserves the right to ask guests to remove their pet from the hotel premises if they do not comply with the above policies.
