The lower rate must be for the same room type, dates, booking conditions (meal plan, refundable rates, etc) and Euro currency.
The offer does not apply to rates from opaque sites, flash sales, membership programs or holiday packages.
The Reservations Department team will cross-check and verify the price difference (taxes included) to ensure eligibility.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of booking if you have already completed your reservation or within 24 hours the lower rate has been found.
